Wordpress email configurations
Wordpress by default sends email using PHP mail function, which is not a good configuration and usage of the mail functionalities available to your with Web hosting.
PHP mail function sends email without security checks and doesn't include identity headers that are checked by almost all ISPs - hence you run the risk of your emails landing in SPAM and potential IP block.
In order to mitigate the risk, we recommend using WP mail plugin with Wordpress - which will allow you to setup SMTP configurations and send out emails through authenticated route from the server. SMTP settings can be obtained from within cPanel from within email section.
